Alato Lab works on a credit-based system, each software plan is a one off charge for processing credits - not a recurring subscription. Depending on your chosen plan, you will have a set number of BMP files you are able to upload.
What are the software plans max file upload?
Free plan - Up to 5,000 files
Conservation Bundle - includes 50,000 files
Professional Bundle - includes 100,000
At scale - Custom value pricing, over 1,000,000 files
How are credits used?
Credits are consumed on upload, not on storage.
Credits are used each time you upload a recording, regardless of whether you keep it. Deleting a recording does not restore the credits used to upload it, so make sure you're uploading the correct files before proceeding.
How do I know how many credits I have left?
Your remaining credits are displayed at the top of the screen next to your account name. Click on the counter to view your balance or purchase additional credits.
Available plans
Choose the plan that best suits your needs when additional credits are needed. Plans are split into two categories — conservation and commercial use.
Conservation — for non-profits, researchers, and community groups
Conservation Starter — 10,000 BMP processing credits.
Conservation — 50,000 BMP processing credits.
Commercial — for consultants, government, and commercial monitoring projects.
Commercial Bundle — 100,000 BMP processing credits
Commercial Add-on Credits — 25,000 BMP processing credits. Add-on purchase for Commercial Bundle only.
