You can share your survey by inviting existing Alato Lab members, making team collaboration easier and more efficient.
There are two access levels to choose from:
Editor – Can upload files, modify detections, and verify AI results.
Viewer – Can view detections and reports. Cannot make changes.
Sharing lets others help analyse detections or upload their own data to your survey.
The survey owner is responsible for all future uploads, credits, and subscription charges related to the survey. Learn more here: Credits and subscriptions
When you invite a member as an editor, they can upload files of their won for processing. However, credits will be charged to the survey owners account - not the editors. To have another user be billed for processing instead, you can transfer ownership to them.
How to give access
Open your chosen survey.
Navigate to the Members tab.
Invite members using the email address they used to sign up to Alato Lab.
Select their role (Editor or Viewer) and send the invite.
Surveys you’ve shared appear in the “Shared with others” tab, and are also marked with a “Shared” badge in the “All” tab.
Invited members will receive an email and can then access the survey.
Other shared surveys appear in the “Shared with me” tab with a visible alert. In the “All” tab, new surveys are highlighted and marked with a “New” badge until they are opened.
