Alato Lab keeps a record of all activity so you can see who did what and when. Entries are grouped by date, with the most recent first.
What gets logged?
Each entry records the action taken, the team member who made it, and the exact time. Actions include:
Verifying an AI detection
Modifying a detection (e.g. changing a species label)
Setting a call type
How to review history
In your survey, navigate to the History tab.
Use "Member" and "Time" filters to view more specific activity by a specific team member or date range.
Click “View” to open a quick view of the bitmap.
Click the “Verified” or “Modified” badge in the top-right corner of the open bitmap to view the full history of changes made to that file. To undo a species detection, learn more here: Undoing changes to species detections
Viewing a recording's history
The history log shows all verifications and modifications made to a recording, including who made each change and when. Click View to inspect the full history of a specific recording, or Redo to reapply an undone change.
